Fiona Cullen is a leadership coach and facilitator with a background in elite sport and over 25 years of experience across the commercial, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She represented Australia five times in two sports while building a successful career as a communications and business development professional.
After working in roles including strategic marketing, event management, sponsorship, and NLP-based sales consulting, Fiona discovered her passion for leadership development in 2008. Since then, she has trained and coached more than 2,000 emerging leaders across Australia in core skills such as authentic feedback, difficult conversations, accountability, trust, and empowered delegation.
Fiona helps businesses develop confident, capable leaders through practical, lasting leadership skills. Her S.P.R.I.N.T. framework draws on lessons from high-performance sport to elevate leadership capability at every level of an organisation.
